When I first came to TX from GA I noticed something different about the DFW malls. Walking from one end to the other there were several large areas with kid/family oriented places for families to stop and rest from shopping and let the kids play on a little play set or run around in a large open play area, or, sometimes even bigger activities that require a little payment could be found as well.
I was pretty impressed at how family oriented they all were, granted, some more than others, but still, all of them had a least a few areas like this.
It was on one of these first mall outings with Anthony that we stopped in a candy store and I sought out my absolute favorite candy to share with him. The grapefruit gummy...now I know it doesn't sound like much, but these candies are Amaaazzing!!!
I myself am not a huge grapefruit person, though I will eat one on occasion..., with a good bit of sugar ;-)
They always have these gummies at the candy stores in malls, and I love getting some on occasion as a treat!
On another outing with Anthony's family, we stopped back at one of these candy stores to get some of these candies and share them with the family.
This particular candy store had a lot of fun items besides just the candy.
